Over the last few years, my hearing has taken a hit, and I've tried several phones to improve my calls. Unfortunately, no matter how loud they were, the sound always came out distorted, whether through the handset or the loudspeaker. The Amplipower 50 I picked up from Connevans isn't a huge upgrade for the handset, but the loudspeaker is super clear, making it worth the purchase just for that feature. One thing I appreciated about Connevans is the option to declare VAT on certain items, which not only helps you save some cash but also shows that if a product qualifies for VAT relief, it’s really aimed at folks with serious hearing issues. You might find it a tad cheaper on Amazon, but they don’t mention anything about VAT relief. Other than the product itself, I had no issues with delivery or packaging, so I’m giving 5 stars for that loudspeaker.

I got myself some trek handheld cordless telephones. When they showed up, I gave them a whirl, but my wife mentioned they weren't loud enough for her liking. I reached out to Connevans, and they told me to send the phones back. I did just that and got my cash refunded.
